Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH) of the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, began as the Valuation Division on June 1, 1957. Currently it has a staff strength of 2,101 of which 260 are professional valuers. The functions and activities of the Department has expanded to cover many areas of expertise relevant and related to the real estate industry.
National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) is the training and research Institute of the Valuation and Property Services Department (JPPH), Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF). INSPEN is the host of International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS). IRERS is a real estate research forum held in collaboration with several international universities and property organisations. IRERS 2002 is the Malaysia?s first international symposium on real estate research. IRERS was conceived out the awareness that the real estate industry must embrace research and development (R&D) as a way forward. IRERS has never been intended to replace, but rather, to complement similar efforts already in place in the Asia-Pacific region.

This session will provide participants with a skill on how to write their paper properly.
Parallel sessions form the core content of the IRERS 2022. They are topic-specific sessions and will be presented and discussed.
